3. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment for all services is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
All sessions are non-refundable once rendered.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach.
Exceptions or rescheduling accommodations may be made on a case-by-case basis.
